Are appointments available in-store?
At this time, the Silver Suite experience is available in our St Peters HQ by appointment only!
How long is my appointment time?
30 mins
Can I do a walk in appointment?
All appointments must be pre-booked. We suggest making your appointment in advance to secure your spot!
How many people can get soldered per appointment?
Each appointment is designed for one individual, and we are able to solder one bracelet per session. To accommodate multiple participants, we recommend scheduling consecutive appointments!
Do you do events?
Yes we do! Please contact us at online@thesilvercollective.com to enquire. Ensure you provide location and how may pax in your email.
What is the jewellery made from?
Base is 925 Sterling Silver and is either Rhodium, 14k Gold or Rose Gold plated with Cubic Zirconia stones.
Is there a minimum age?
We have a minimal age requirement of 16 for our in-house appointments. Under 16 y/o will need to be accompanied by a guardian or responsible adult.
Can I cancel my appointment?
We require 24 hours cancellation notice. If we receive cancellation notice within 24 hours of your appointment, the $11 service fee will not be refunded.
Can I use a discount code towards my Custom Charm Necklace?
Custom Charm Necklaces are excluded from all promotions and cannot be redeemed with any discount code.
What is a Service Fee?
Our $11 Service Fee covers the cost of the Custom Charm Necklace being soldered on the spot during your appointment. We also offer a refreshment on arrival!
