Casual Boutique Assistant

We are currently looking for enthusiastic individuals who want join our retail boutiques.

Key responsibilities of this role:

  • Serving customers in-store.
  • Ability to achieve set sales and KPI targets.
  • Build relationships with loyal customers.
  • Resolve customer concerns proactively and to be committed to exceeding customer expectations.
  • Assist in Stock Management within the boutique, this includes daily stock counts and accepting new stock.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Ensuring the maintenance and high quality of Visual
  • Merchandising presentation in-store.
  • Ensure the brand’s ethos and standards are adopted in-store and delivered during each customer interaction.

Requirements:

  • Retail Experience is favourable. 
  • Monday availability required.
  • Is a warm, welcoming and enthusiastic person who is confident talking to different customers and fostering relationships.
  • Has a can-do, positive attitude to all areas of work especially within team culture. 
  • Confident to work in a fast-paced retail environment and can take initiative.
