Select the product you want to purchase and add them to the cart. At checkout, if the selected item is available at our St Peters HQ select the 'Pick Up' location.
Once the order has been placed, an email will be sent when your order is ready for collection. Please allow up to 4 hours for your item to be ready.
🎄NOTICE: Our Team will be having a well deserved celebration on Friday the 20th of December from 2pm. Click & Collect orders must be picked up before 2pm on this day. We return 8am Monday the 23rd of December 🎄

My Click and Collect Order
What do I need to bring with me upon collection?
Order Confirmation email and photo ID must be presented upon collection. Photo ID must match the name on the order unless THE SILVER COLLECTIVE has been notified prior.
Can someone else pick up my order?
If you wish to nominate a different collector to pick up your order, please contact us via online@thesilvercollective.com or call (02) 9550 4268.
You will need to provide the full name of the person collecting your order. Please make sure they have a copy of your order confirmation email.
What if I do not collect my order within 5 business days?
If your order has not been collected after 5 business days, the pick up order will be cancelled and refunded.
