Can I return my Custom Charm Necklace?

No. Due to the custom nature of our Custom Charm Necklaces, they cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
What is the warranty policy?

THE SILVER COLLECTIVE offers a six month manufacturers warranty with all Custom Charm Necklaces purchased in-store and online. The item and proof of purchase must be retained for warranty to be valid. Our jewellery is made of delicate nature and care must be taken when worn. To ensure the longevity of your Jewellery, we recommend to follow the care instructions provided. 


This warranty covers manufacturing defects. This does not include tarnishing, general wear and tear, chain breakage, neglect, and the loss of an item. The warranty is voided if the jewellery has been lost, bent, engraved, altered and modified, damaged by accident, misuse, and discolouration caused by scratches and foreign substances. Our Waterproof Jewellery can be worn in water and is made for everyday wear. Our warranty covers the fading of plating in the case where the 925 sterling silver piece beneath starts to show. Slight imperfects can occur due to the hand soldered nature of the piece. All care is taken to ensure the highest quality product is provided. 
How soon after placing my order will I receive my Custom Necklace?

We aim to dispatch your Custom Charm Necklace within 5 business days of placing your order!
If I order other products with my Custom Charm Necklace, will they be dispatched together?

Yes, your items will come in the same shipment. If you need the other items earlier, please place separate orders or an additional $10 shipping fee will apply.
