Send your item back to us! You can visit the post office or put the parcel in a red Australia Post street box.

What is your returns policy?

THE SILVER COLLECTIVE accepts returns for eligible items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Terms and conditions may apply*

What Items are not eligible to be returned?

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom Charm Necklaces
  • Earrings
  • Earring Accessories
  • SALE items
  • Gift With Purchase Items
Am I eligible for a 110% store credit?

Items purchased at full priced and returned within the 30 day period are eligible to receive a 110% store credit on that item. Items are not eligible if purchased with a discount code or discounted with a voucher.

Can I return items purchased in-store to the warehouse?

You can return items purchased in-store to the warehouse for an exchange or store credit within 30 days*. Refunds can only be issued from the point of purchase and must be returned to the boutique to be eligible for a refund.

I'm an international customer. How do I return my item?

Head to your local post office and return your item to us with tracked post. Your return form is located on the back of your packing slip.

What if I return an ineligible item?

If we receive an item back to us which is not eligible for a return, the item will be sent back to you at your cost. A $10 shipping fee will be invoiced to you through email. Can I send my return via untracked post?

We do not recommend sending your return via untracked mail is not guaranteed to be delivered back to our warehouse prior to the 30 day return period.

THE SILVER COLLECTIVE will not take responsibility for any damage caused during transit if the jewellery is not returned in original packaging. It is recommended that jewellery is returned using a tracking service. THE SILVER COLLECTIVE is not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned.

When will I receive my refund or exchange?

Please allow up to 3 business days for our team to process your return once we receive it back to our warehouse.

Can I return my SALE item?

SALE items can be returned for a store credit only!

You are welcome to drop off your return with the completed return form to our HQ in St Peters. Please note, your return will not be actioned on the spot and may take 1-2 business days to be processed. First time exchanges will be shipped back to you free of charge.
