CHRISTMAS PART-TIME BOUTIQUE ASSISTANT

Requirements:

  • Retail Experience is necessary!
  • Full Availability for October through to December. 
  • Is a warm, welcoming and enthusiastic person who is confident talking to different customers and fostering relationships - this is a must
  • Has a can-do, positive attitude to all areas of work especially within team culture!
  • Confident to work in a fast-paced retail environment and willing to step into a leadership role!

Boutique Manager (Full Time & Part Time)

The Silver Collective are on the lookout for an energetic and driven Boutique Manager to join our team on a full-time or part time basis, sharing in our love for jewellery, creativity, and great culture.

An overview of this role:

This role is available in a full time or part time capacity.

  • Lead by example with strong KPIs and a highperforming boutique.
  • Mentor, coach and lead the Retail Team by proactively being accountable for the boutique’s performance
  • Manage and coordinate daily operations within boutique.
  • Consistently motivate Retail teams and foster an inspiring environment with a can-do attitude.
  • Act as a main point of contact for the boutique team members including weekdays/nights and weekends which may be outside of rostered hours.
  • Resolve customer concerns proactively and be committed to exceeding customer expectations.
  • Roster management including approving hours and maximising coverage and productivity.
  • Understand boutique’s stock levels and loss prevention methods.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are met at all times.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
  • Collaborate with the Head of Retail to hire, train and consistently look for opportunities to optimise customer service experience.
  • Weekly/Monthy reporting on sales, product performance, team sales and more.
  • Adopt the brand’s family culture and ensure this is translated into boutique teams.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience in a similar retail management role
  • Able to lead by example and drive sales by achieving KPI's and budgets. 
  • A hands-on leadership approach with exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail
  • Good team spirit
