Social Media Coordinator
- Plan, implement and monitor the brand's social media strategy + content
- Social Media management including, content creation, calendar management and customer engagement
- Copywriting all posts to ensure branding is accurate across all platforms
- Create, plan, manage and develop concepts for Instagram, IGTV, Live Videos, YouTube and more to build a genuine connection with audience.
- Implement strategies to grow reach and gain new followers (includes collaborations)
- Editing of content and scheduling all posts/reels and stories on Instagram
- Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for social results on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google+ and YouTube
- Increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts + increase sales
- Understand SEO and web traffic metrics to provide insights
- Minimum 2 years experience is required in this role

Part Time Boutique Assistant

Role includes but is not limited to:
- Serving customers in-store
- Ability to meet KPIs and store budgets
- Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organisation in-store
- Processing returns/exchanges
- Ensuring the maintenance and high quality of Visual Merchandising presentation in-store
- Assisting customers with enquiries
- Cleanliness and maintenance of the store's daily appearance
- Retail experience required
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- Good team spirit
- Must be available Mondays, Thursdays and one day per weekend
Part Time Hours are approximately 24 hours per week
