Head Office
Graphic Designer - Full Time
We're seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to help bring our brand to life across digital, print, and eCommerce channels. This is a creative, hands-on role suited to someone who loves design, visual consistency, and crafting beautiful brand moments.
You'll support campaign creative, content creation, and day-to-day design while working closely with the wider creative and marketing team.

An Overview of the role:
- Graphic Design & Branding:
Design and deliver on-brand visual assets, marketing materials, and campaign designs. Support brand consistency across digital, print, and in-store channels. - Brand Development:
Contribute creative ideas, visual concepts, and design solutions to support brand visibility, sales growth, and customer engagement. Stay curious about new tools, trends, and technologies (including AI) and assist in their application where relevant. - Creative & Photoshoots Support:
Assist in the planning and execution of photoshoots and videography for eCommerce and campaigns. Support creative direction and help deliver high-quality assets across marketing and eCommerce channels. - Digital Marketing Assets:
• Design weekly email campaigns under brand guidelines.
• Create social media assets including flatlays, posts, and content to drive engagement.
• Develop creative assets for ads across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
• Edit and prepare video content for Ads, Instagram, and TikTok as required. - Print Design:
Design creative for catalogues, in-store VM signage, packaging, and marketing collateral, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. - eCommerce:
Assist with product shoots and image retouching to maintain high visual standards for product photography and online content.
Requirements:
- An experienced Graphic Designer (midweight level) with a strong portfolio in fashion, jewellery, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, minimalistic aesthetics, and luxury brand positioning.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, with knowledge of video editing and digital design best practices.
- Video editing experience preferred
- Comfortable exploring and implementing AI tools into design workflows.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a passion for storytelling and consistency across brand touchpoints.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently and can also work with a creative team.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

The Silver Collective is an Australian jewellery brand that began as an online brand in 2015 and has since experienced tremendous growth, opening our Westfield Miranda boutique in 2020 and our Westfield Parramatta location in 2022.
The brand is a creative collaboration of mother and daughter duo, Maria and Anastasia in their pursuit to create affordable finer sterling silver jewellery.
Junior Jeweller Assistant - Casual
We are seeking a Junior Jeweller Assistant who loves jewellery, enjoys working with their hands, and wants to learn the behind-the-scenes process of creating jewellery.
This is an entry-level position supporting our jewellery production team and involves simple production tasks, order preparation, and general workshop support.

An overview of the role:
- Picking Orders: Help select charms and chains for custom and online orders.
- Basic Assembly: Assist with attaching charms, cutting chains, and simple jewellery preparation under supervision.
- Quality Checks: Help check items for accuracy and presentation before they’re packed.
- Packing Orders: Carefully pack online orders, ensuring each piece looks beautiful and ready to delight our customers.
- Stock Support: Help organise and restock charms, chains, and packaging supplies.
- Studio Support: Keep the jewellery bench and studio tidy and assist the Head Jeweller and team with daily tasks.

Full Time Boutique Assistant - Parramatta
The Silver Collective are on the lookout for an energetic and driven Boutique Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis, sharing in our love for jewellery, creativity, and great culture.

Overview of the role:
- Serve customers in-store.
- Achieve sales and KPI targets.
- Build relationships with loyal customers.
- Support the Boutique Manager in driving the team to achieve KPIs and targets.
- Keep the team motivated and encourage great in-store behaviours
- Resolve customer concerns proactively and to be committed to exceeding customer expectations.
- Assist in Stock Management within the boutique, this includes daily stock counts, accepting new stock and other admin tasks.
- Maintain strong communication with Manager and report on all daily operations.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Ensuring the maintenance and high quality of Visual Merchandising presentation in-store.
- Ensure the brand’s ethos and standards are adopted in-store and delivered during each customer interaction.
Requirements:
- Retail Experience is required.
- Tuesday-Saturday roster.
- Is a warm, welcoming and enthusiastic person who is confident talking to different customers and fostering relationships.
- Has a can-do, positive attitude to all areas of work especially within team culture.
- Confident to work in a fast-paced retail environment and can take initiative.
