Dispatch Coordinator - Full Time

The Silver Collective is seeking an enthusiastic individual who wants to lead our dispatch team. Plan the workload daily and dispatch orders daily to domestic and international customers as well as stock transfers to boutique locations. This role is based in Marrickville.

An overview of this role:

  • Coordinate the warehouse in compliance with the company's policies and vision
  • Picking and packing online orders
  • Complete basic operations, such as receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance of products.
  • Direct involvement with the team on the floor and daily stock management.
  • Responsible for the accurate receipt and storage of inventory within the eCommerce warehouse.
  • Support Inventory Controller to achieve a high level of awareness of our retail store’s stock on hand and understanding of Policies and Procedures of loss prevention.
  • Plan the workload on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, including rostering team.
  • Contribute to the development of company systems in stock management, order fulfilment, traceability and freight.
  • Collaborate with other internal departments to support growth.
  • Collate weekly/monthly reports and overviews to identify stock discrepancies, inventory control issues, quality control and product feedback.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a Dispatch or Retail role. 
  • Great communication skills, written and verbal
  • Attention to detail
  • Be physically capable of being on your feet for long periods of time
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong problem solving ability
  • Highly flexible, adaptable and decisive. Able to react quickly to issues which arise
  • Willingness to provide hands-on support to the team on a day to day basis to help meet store and customer needs.

Inventory Controller - Full Time

The Silver Collective is seeking an enthusiastic individual who wants to manage all inventory across the brand. Plan and forecast stock for our online warehouse and boutiques.This role is based in Marrickville.

An overview of this role:

  • Manage inventory levels through ordering and forecasting to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Coordinate with manufacturers for timely delivery and receiving of stock.
  • Conduct regular stock audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Uphold quality control standards to ensure jewellery meets the brand’s expectations.  
  • Monitor packaging inventory and reorder supplies as needed.
  • Utilize inventory management software to track stock movements and analyze store performance.
  • Assist in packing store stock transfers.
  • Collaborate with retail teams to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Coordinate with Head of Retail to understand individual store needs and preferences.
  • Ensure timely and accurate distribution of inventory to meet store requirements.
  • Monitor stock levels at each store and adjust allocations as needed.
  • Assist with picking and packing online orders.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimise product promotions.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in Inventory forecasting required.
  • Previous experience in inventory management and retail operations preferred.
  • Great communication skills, written and verbal
