Graphic Designer - Full Time

We're seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to help bring our brand to life across digital, print, and eCommerce channels. This is a creative, hands-on role suited to someone who loves design, visual consistency, and crafting beautiful brand moments.

You'll support campaign creative, content creation, and day-to-day design while working closely with the wider creative and marketing team.

An Overview of the role:

  • Graphic Design & Branding:
    Design and deliver on-brand visual assets, marketing materials, and campaign designs. Support brand consistency across digital, print, and in-store channels.
  • Brand Development:
    Contribute creative ideas, visual concepts, and design solutions to support brand visibility, sales growth, and customer engagement. Stay curious about new tools, trends, and technologies (including AI) and assist in their application where relevant.
  • Creative & Photoshoots Support:
    Assist in the planning and execution of photoshoots and videography for eCommerce and campaigns. Support creative direction and help deliver high-quality assets across marketing and eCommerce channels.
  • Digital Marketing Assets:
    • Design weekly email campaigns under brand guidelines.
    • Create social media assets including flatlays, posts, and content to drive engagement.
    • Develop creative assets for ads across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
    • Edit and prepare video content for Ads, Instagram, and TikTok as required.
  • Print Design:
    Design creative for catalogues, in-store VM signage, packaging, and marketing collateral, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • eCommerce:
    Assist with product shoots and image retouching to maintain high visual standards for product photography and online content.


Requirements:

  • An experienced Graphic Designer (midweight level) with a strong portfolio in fashion, jewellery, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong understanding of fashion trends, minimalistic aesthetics, and luxury brand positioning.
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, with knowledge of video editing and digital design best practices.
  • Video editing experience preferred
  • Comfortable exploring and implementing AI tools into design workflows.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a passion for storytelling and consistency across brand touchpoints.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently and can also work with a creative team.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

TikTok & Socials Creator - Casual

We’re looking for a creative and confident TikTok & Socials Creator to join our team! If you love fashion, stay up to date with social media trends, and enjoy being in front of the camera, this role is for you.

An Overview of the Role:

  • Create engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms.
  • Film the founders regularly to capture authentic behind-the-scenes, storytelling, and brand-led content.
  • Be present for, assist with, and help plan photoshoots to capture content aligned with the brand vision.
  • Leverage trends by researching the algorithm, competitors, and industry insights.
  • Bring fresh ideas to the marketing team.
  • Engage with our community and build brand awareness.
  • Use editing apps like CapCut, Edits and TikTok’s in-app features.
  • Casual Role — 2 days per week, based in our St Peters office and available to work on location for events or activations as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Confident in front of the camera.
  • Experience creating content and being on-screen.
  • Eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Team player with a bubbly personality.
  • Ability to edit videos efficiently using CapCut and TikTok.
  • Always well-presented (e.g. neat hair, makeup, nails).

Marketing & Content Creator - Full Time

We’re seeking a dynamic Marketing & Content Creator to manage everything from campaign ideation and content creation (including filming and editing) to social media, partnerships and assisting on photoshoots.

This role blends big-picture strategy with hands-on creativity, perfect for someone who loves turning concepts into scroll-stopping content.

An overview of the role:

Marketing & Strategy

·       Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

·       Build exciting partnerships, collaborations, and brand activations.

·       Contribute new and innovative ideas to grow and enhance our loyalty program, fostering stronger community connection.

·       Bring bold, creative ideas to campaigns and promotions that align with our brand identity.

·       Build brand awareness for our daughter brand, AESĪMI, through activations, strategic partnerships and exclusive events.

·       Drive organic growth for AESĪMI across key channels to increase both brand awareness and sales.

·       Assist in planning photoshoots from concept to shoot day, capturing our jewellery & lifestyle vibe.

·       Assist with styling jewellery and clothing for shoots to capture our brand aesthetic.

·       Collaborate with photographers and graphic designers to create standout visuals.

Content Creation & Social Media

·       Plan and run content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, email, and campaigns.

·       Create original content (think photos, videos, reels & TikToks) includes filming, editing, and producing short-form video content.

·       Strengthen community trust and engagement through founder led content.

·       Support the planning and execution of the social content calendar, including scheduling and posting.

·       Write catchy captions, campaign messages & fun copy that tells our story.

·       Post, schedule, and engage with our community daily (comments, DMs & interactions).

·       Stay across emerging trends on platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and more.

·       Track what’s working (reach, engagement, conversions) and tweak strategies to keep winning.

·       Stay ahead of social, marketing, and lifestyle trends to keep our content fresh and inspiring.

Requirements:

·       2+ years of experience in marketing, content, or brand management.

·       Proven skills in content creation, filming, and video editing for Instagram & TikTok.

·       A strong understanding of social media and digital marketing trends.

·       Great writing and storytelling skills.

·       Confident planning and assisting on creative shoots and collaborating with photographers.

·       Ideally a background in fashion, jewellery, or lifestyle brands.

·       Organised and proactive to balance big ideas with getting things done.

Boutique

Full Time Boutique Assistant - Parramatta

The Silver Collective are on the lookout for an energetic and driven Boutique Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis, sharing in our love for jewellery, creativity, and great culture.

Overview of the role:

  • Serve customers in-store.
  • Achieve sales and KPI targets.
  • Build relationships with loyal customers.
  • Support the Boutique Manager in driving the team to achieve KPIs and targets.
  • Keep the team motivated and encourage great in-store behaviours
  • Resolve customer concerns proactively and to be committed to exceeding customer expectations.
  • Assist in Stock Management within the boutique, this includes daily stock counts, accepting new stock and other admin tasks.
  • Maintain strong communication with Manager and report on all daily operations.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Ensuring the maintenance and high quality of Visual Merchandising presentation in-store.
  • Ensure the brand’s ethos and standards are adopted in-store and delivered during each customer interaction.

Requirements:

  • Retail Experience is required. 
  • Tuesday-Saturday roster.
  • Is a warm, welcoming and enthusiastic person who is confident talking to different customers and fostering relationships.
  • Has a can-do, positive attitude to all areas of work especially within team culture. 
  • Confident to work in a fast-paced retail environment and can take initiative.
