THE SILVER COLLECTIVE is an online jewellery store based in Sydney, Australia. Established in 2015 by owners Maria and Anastasia, the business has grown with a demand to expand the team. We are looking for someone to join the growing team and come to work in a fun and enjoyable workplace!

Full Time Dispatch Coordinator

A fast-paced role dispatching online orders with a high level of organisation and attention to detail.

Role Includes however is not limited to:

  • Picking and packing online orders
  • Dispatching domestic and international orders
  • Packaging jewellery
  • Create transfers to retail store
  • Continual quality control of all pieces prior to packing and shipping.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory levels with weekly stock counts 
  • Accept transfers from manufacturers
  • Working closely with our Customer Service and In-Store Retail team.
  • Emailing customers due to stock shortages, cancelled orders etc.
  • Assist in processing online returns
  • Stocktake
  • Ordering packaging, labels, stationary and other supplies required to fulfil orders.
  •  

    Requirements:

    • Experience in a retail environment or dispatch role
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Works well independently and in a team
    • Must be reliable, honest and hardworking with good time managmenet
    • High level of organisation and attention to detail
    • Good team spirit

    Work behind the scenes of an online jewellery store packing orders, helping customers and working with jewellery daily. 

    Role Includes however is not limited to:

    • Customer Service Emails, Chat or Phone Calls
    • Packing and sending online orders
    • Processing online returns/exchanges
    • Packaging jewellery
    • High level of organisation and attention to detail
    • Good team spirit

    Requirements:

    • Customer Service experience required.
    • Must be available Mondays
    • High level of organisation and attention to detail
    • Good team spirit
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Must be reliable, honest and hardworking with good time management
