My Click and Collect Order

What do I need to bring with me upon collection?

Order Confirmation email and photo ID must be presented upon collection. Photo  ID must match the name on the order unless THE SILVER COLLECTIVE has been notified prior.

Can someone else pick up my order?

If you wish to nominate a different collector to pick up your order, please contact us via support@thesilvercollective.com or call (02) 9550 4268.

You will need to provide the full name of the person collecting your order. Please make sure they have a copy of your order confirmation email.

What if I do not collect my order within 10 business days?

If your order has not been collected after 10 business days, the pick up order will be cancelled and refunded to a store credit. No refunds will be issued for non collected orders.
