Your Parcel will leave our Warehouse within 24 hours of you placing your order, excluding weekends or public holidays. Orders received before 12pm AEST on a business day are shipped the same day, if your order is placed after this it will be dispatched the next day. Please allow for an extra day during promotional sale periods.
Free express shipping on all orders Australia wide. Orders placed within Australia will receive their delivery in 1-2 business days. Rural areas may take 3-5 business days to receive their delivery.
Orders under $20.00 will not be sent via a trackable delivery method and may take up to 5 business days to be delivered.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
By selecting the box “Authority to Leave” you hereby authorise to arrange for your parcel to be delivered to and left at your nominated shipping address without requiring you to sign for the delivery. THE SILVER COLLECTIVE will not replace or refund items which you do not receive if delivered without a signature.
Any parcels not delivered or collected from the post office will be returned to sender by Australia Post. Redelivery fee is to be paid by customer.
Flat rate of $20 international shipping for orders under $150. Orders over $150 will receive free shipping. Cost of shipping is to be paid by customer.
