Shipping Protection Terms & Conditions
Shipping Protection Coverage
By purchasing Shipping Protection, you are covered for the following situations:
- Damage: If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace or refund the purchase price of the item, at our discretion.
 - Loss: If your order is marked as "lost in transit" by Australia Post, we will replace or refund the order.
 - Theft: If your item is stolen after being marked as "delivered" by the carrier, we will assist with the investigation and, if deemed eligible, issue a replacement or refund. You must contact us within 5 business days of the parcel being "delivered". It is highly recommended you contact your local police to make a theft report.
 
Exclusions
Shipping Protection does not cover the following situations:
- Incorrect Address: If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the Shipping Protection will not apply.
 - Safe Drop: If the consumer selects 'Safe Drop' through their Australia Post account, THE SILVER COLLECTIVE does not cover protection if the parcel is stolen.
 - Marked as delivered: If you order is marked as 'Delivered' by Australia Post however is signed for and/or has photo evidence as proof of delivery, we will not replace or refund your order.
 
Outcome
- If your claim is approved, we will replacement the item if available to do so. If your original order is not available for a replacement, a store credit will be issued. Please note that Shipping Protection fees are non-refundable.
