Can my loyalty voucher be used on AESIMI?

No, as AESIMI Items are hand crafted in our Sydney boutiques, they cannot be discounted.
Can I use My Loyalty Vouchers / Points in-store?

Yes you can! Please let our in-store staff know you're a member and provide the associated email address.
I've shopped from The Silver Collective but I haven't signed up. Do I have points?

Yes you do! Log into your account with your associated email address to access your points and redeem rewards!
Do my points expire?

Your points never expire. However, your VIP tier is reviewed annually - if you haven't met your tier's spend threshold within the calendar year, you'll drop to the tier that matches your actual spend.
