Our Permanent Bracelets & Anklets are crafted from 925 Sterling Silver and finished with high-quality Rhodium, 14K Gold, or Rose Gold plating. Designed for long-lasting wear, each bracelet & anklet is waterproof, hypoallergenic, and free from lead and nickel—making it a safe and stylish choice for everyday use.

Warranty & Care
- Your permanent bracelet or anklet comes with a 6-month manufacturer’s warranty, covering breakage at the soldered joint. Warranty claims are assessed at THE SILVER COLLECTIVE’s discretion and may result in a repair or replacement.
- Lost chains or charms are not covered under warranty and will not be replaced by THE SILVER COLLECTIVE.
- Permanent Bracelets and Permanent Anklets are not indestructible for safety reasons. As a delicate piece of jewellery, your bracelet should be treated with care to ensure its longevity.
- Permanent Bracelets and Permanent Anklets are non-refundable

THE SILVER COLLECTIVE 30 day returns period does not apply to Permanent Jewellery.
Can my permanent bracelet or anklet break?
Yes, it is possible. Depending on your lifestyle and how carefully your piece is worn, some stretching or breakage may occur over time.
In the event of breakage, please retain your chain and contact Silver Support. Our team will assess whether it can be re-soldered.
What is the minimum age to get a permanent bracelet or anklet?
The Silver Collective recommends permanent bracelets and anklets for children aged 12 and over. For children under 12, it is at the discretion of the parent or guardian.
What is the warranty policy?
At THE SILVER COLLECTIVE, we offer a 6-month warranty on all permanent bracelets and permanent anklets, covering breakage at the weld site. This warranty is valid from the original date of purchase. If a bracelet breaks at the weld point within this time, we will repair or replace it at no cost. Please note, this warranty does not cover loss of the bracelet under any circumstances—we are unable to refund or replace lost items. Additionally, the warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidental stretching, or general wear and tear outside the weld site. All Permanent Bracelet purchases are non-refundable. In order to purchase a permanent bracelet or anklet, all customers must fill out a consent form. Minors over 12 years must have a parent/guardian present at the appointment and sign a separate consent form.
To maintain the condition of your permanent bracelet/anklet, we advise customers to avoid wearing their piece in chlorine (such as pools and spas), as it may damage the metal and weaken the weld. We also recommend avoiding high-temperature environments, including saunas or prolonged sun exposure, as 925 sterling silver can retain heat and may become uncomfortable or compromised.
If you need to safely remove your bracelet or anklet, we recommend using pliers or scissors to cut at the weld point where possible. If you do choose to remove your bracelet, please retain all pieces, as we may be able to re-solder it in the future. This re-welding service is available at a flat rate of $39. Please note that this service does not include replacement of the chain if it is lost or deemed unusable.
If you believe your item qualifies for a warranty claim, please contact us with proof of purchase and photos of the damage. If approved, we will arrange a complimentary re-weld or, where possible, a chain replacement. Chain replacements are subject to approval by THE SILVER COLLECTIVE and are not guaranteed.

What do I need to be aware of before my appointment?
The welder used in this process produces a brief electrical current and visible flash of light. Customers with seizure disorders, pacemakers, pregnancy, or other medical implants should consult with their healthcare provider prior to their appointment.
