What is 'The Silver Circle'?

The Silver Circle is a loyalty program created to thank and spoil our most favourite jewellery loving customers.
 It's a place we can share jewellery inspirations and build wishlists together.

How do I join the family?

Simply create an account here! If you're already part of the family, sign in and start earning.

Will I receive anything for joining?

Yes! There are many perks in being part of the family! Each tier has access to a range of rewards. But the fun just begins there. Every time you move up a tier it will be a very special occasion.

How do I redeem my points?

Simply sign in to view your rewards! To redeem your points, scroll down to "Ways to redeem" and choose how you would like to spend your points. To use a reward, select and add product or code to cart.

Do my points or rewards expire?

Entry vouchers will expire 30 days from the date of issue. Rewards will expire 30 days from the date of redemption. Points do not expire if you've kept your account active within the year. Please note that The Silver Circle rewards cannot be combined with any other code and discount offer and there is a limit of one reward per order.

How do I move up a level?

You will automatically be moved up a level according to the number of points you earn. Don't worry, levelling up is made easy when there's bonus points

How to use my Digital Loyalty Card?

Log into your account and scroll down to the bottom of the Loyalty page. Here you will find your Digital Loyalty Card. Screenshot the QR code or click 'Save to phone'. Here you can choose if you would like to save it to your Apple Wallet, Google Wallet or save as a PDF. Don't forget to show your QR code to our in-store team to earn and redeem your points!
