Do I have to pay for shipping?
Yes. Shipping the item to our HQ and return shipping are at the expense of the consumer. Local customers are welcome to drop off and pick up their item from our St Peters HQ.
What is the turnaround period?
Please allow up to 4 business days for your item to be amended by our Jewellery Assistants.
Are there Terms and Conditions I can read?
THE SILVER COLLECTIVE offers an After Sales service of THE SILVER COLLECTIVE Custom Jewellery ONLY. Changes are carried out at the discretion of our after sales professionals. These services are estimated to have a 4 business day turnaround period.
Please be advised that due to the custom, handcrafted nature of these products, slight imperfections may appear on the loops where they are soldered together. All care is taken to ensure the highest quality product.
We recommend using a fully insured courier service for your return shipment. Please ensure the parcel requires a signature upon delivery and is packed securely with sufficient padding. We are not responsible for any damage incurred during transit due to inadequate packaging.
Once your new charm has been soldered onto your pre-existing Custom Charm piece, it will be sent back to you with Express Shipping at the cost of the consumer. We will send your original charm back with your piece. Please keep this in a safe place as it will not be replaced if lost.
The 6-month manufacturer's warranty commences from the date of the original purchase of the item and is not extended following any alterations.
