    Items (excluding earrings) may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

    We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size choice however we are happy to provide an exchange or store gift card. 
    We do not offer free shipping if you choose to return an item.

    If you wish to exchange, jewellery must not be worn or used and must be in original packaging together with the Return Form (delivered with your package). If an order is returned more than once, the customer will then need to pay for the return postage as well. 

    THE SILVER COLLECTIVE will not take responsibility for any damaged caused during transit if jewellery is not returned in original packaging. It is recommended that jewellery is returned via a trackable method.

    THE SILVER COLLECTIVE reserves the right to deny an exchange if items returned appear to be used, worn, damaged or scratched. Items will be returned to sender with the cost of return shipping at the customer’s expense. This is non-refundable.

    THE SILVER COLLECTIVE do not exchange earrings due to hygiene reasons.

    All returns take approximately 2-3 business days to be processed once received by our warehouse. Please allow extra time during seasonal and promotional sale periods.

    Exchange is subject to stock availability. If stock is unavailable, a store gift card will be issued. This can then be redeemed to repurchase the item once back in stock. Exchanges are returned using standard Australia Post and take 2-5 business days to arrive (please allow extra time during sale or seasonal busy periods).

    It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.

    THE SILVER COLLECTIVE will only accept returns purchased directly from the official online store or Sydney store. Jewellery purchased from other boutiques must be returned to their original place of purchase.

    Style Exchange

    If you wish to exchange your piece for a different style, a store gift card will first need to be issued. From there the store gift card can be redeemed at checkout to repurchase the different style.

    Store Gift Cards

    Store gift cards may be issued within 14 days of purchasing. Issue amount will be for the purchase price of the item. If a discount is used, the discount price will be issued. Discounts are not transferrable and cannot be used on a new transaction. 
    To redeem your store gift card, simply enter the code in the "Gift Card" field at checkout.
