Australian Returns

Items (excluding earrings) may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchasing. Returns must be received in our warehouse within 14 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for a refund. A refund can only be processed from the original place of purchase. TSCxFAYT collection pieces can only be returned to the original place of purchase and are eligible for  store credit only. 

 

Returns must be lodged through the online portal, https://thesilvercollective.com/a/returns.  THE SILVER COLLECTIVE does not offer free shipping if you choose to return an item.If you wish to return an item, the jewellery must not be worn or used and must be in the original packaging together with this Return Form (delivered with your package). THE SILVER COLLECTIVE reserves the right to deny a return if the items returned appear used, worn, damaged or scratched.

THE SILVER COLLECTIVE will not take responsibility for any damaged caused during transit if the jewellery is not returned in original packaging. It is recommended that jewellery is returned via a traceable method. THE SILVER COLLECTIVE is not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned. SALE items (purchased at markdown price) can be returned for a Store Credit only. This does not include items purchased using a promotional discount code. 


THE SILVER COLLECTIVE does not accept returns on:

  • Earrings or Earring Accessories due to hygiene reasons
  • Jewellery Boxes
  • Gift with Purchase
  • Final SALE items (this is indicated in the product description)

All returns take approximately 2-3 business days to be processed once received by our warehouse. Please allow extra time during seasonal and promotional sale periods.

 Exchange is subject to stock availability. If the stock is unavailable, a store gift card will be issued. This can then be redeemed to repurchase the item once back in stock. Exchanges are returned using standard Australia Post and take 2-5 business days to arrive (please allow extra time during sale or seasonal busy periods). If an order is returned for an exchange more than once, the customer will then need to pay for the return postage as well.

 We do not offer free shipping if you choose to return an item. Any returns that are received Returned To Sender will be charged a $10.00 postage fee to cover the cost of returning the exchanged item. If the customer returns a parcel Returned To Sender for a store gift card, $10.00 will be deducted from their store gift card amount. 

THE SILVER COLLECTIVE will only accept returns purchased directly from the official online store or Sydney store. Jewellery purchased from other boutiques must be returned to their original place of purchase.

STYLE EXCHANGE

If you wish to exchange your piece for a different style, a store gift card will first need to be issued. From there the store gift card can be redeemed at checkout to repurchase the different style.

STORE GIFT CARDS

Store gift cards may be issued within 14 days of purchasing. Issue amount will be for the purchase price of the item. If a discount is used, the discount price will be issued. Discounts are not transferrable and cannot be used on a new transaction. 

To redeem your store gift card, simply enter the code in the "Gift Card" field at checkout. Gift Cards do not have an expiry date however are non-refundable. 

 INSTORE PURCHASE

Any items purchased in store can be returned back to the online warehouse for a store credit or an exchange. A refund can only be processed from the original place of purchase.
