BTS International Women’s Day

What is International Women’s Day?

IWD was on the 8th of March, and is a day to recognise and celebrate women in relation to social, economic and political achievements.

This year’s theme according to the International Women's Day organisation was a focus on the topic ‘Invest in women: Accelerate progress’, in the pursuit of equality. In honour of this, we of course wanted to celebrate the wonderful women that make up our amazing team and help run the jewellery brand you know and love today!

Throughout the week we did our very own LinkedIn photo shoot so the team are able to get some quality professional photos they can use to update their own LinkedIn profiles! 

Then on International Women’s Day, the team finished the week off with a Lunch at Al Aseel!

The Setup
This was setup in our very own head office space in Marrickville. (Yes we have a great office space)

We also celebrate 100k Orders!!! Shopify gave us this little Shopify trophy! (We actually reached 100k orders in 2021, but still great!)

What is your favourite thing about working at TSC?

The team! It feels like a real family, everyone is really supportive and have made friends. Always excited to come to work. 

What is your favourite piece?
Mini Tennis Bracelet! It elevates every look and can be styles with other bracelets

What is the hardest task they have to do?
Buying the right milk for office! Its my roman empire.

Where is your favourite lunch spot?
Downstairs! First Drop cafe (you have to check them out!).

What is your favourite thing about working at TSC?

Definitely our teams! So grateful to have such incredible people who are truly so dedicated to the brand.

What is your favourite piece?

I don’t have a single piece but I would say either Nixon Collection or Simi Collection are my favourites!

What is the hardest task you have to do?

It would have to be the art of allocation of budgets which is predominantly based on calendars followed by ensuring the VM aligns and the rostering - in order to do that 1 task you have to be across the other 3. Alot of my tasks are completely interconnected!

Where is your favourite lunch spot?

CC Babcoq in Cronulla!
