Returns
Full price products are eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit within 30 days. Exclusions include earrings, earring charms, gift cards, gift wrapping, samples, last chance items, limited edition, ornaments, extensions and accessories.
Sale items can be returned for a store credit only.

Personalised Rings are made to order in our Sydney HQ. As they are hand-crafted, we cannot offer returns or exchanges. Any alterations to Personalised Rings will incur a $39 fee.
