It’s a style that for some is worn for religious and cultural reasons, and for others may be a personal preference of fashion. 

Modest jewellery styling goes hand in hand with modest fashion and refers to how you would accessorise your outfit with jewellery, whilst maintaining a touch of restraint to achieve a balanced and elegant look.

It's no doubt that modest fashion is elegant, classy and many fashion brands have jumped on this evolving trend and have started to incorporate this style within their collection drops.

Although I mentioned it may be commonly worn for religious reasons, it does not necessarily mean that you can’t add your own unique, fun and personal take with jewellery. The opportunities and looks are endless! 

For example, a great tip would be to add a necklace extension to your favourite necklace, so you can wear this over garments with higher necklines. You can opt for something minimal for a balanced look or make more of a statement, either way you really can’t go wrong with layering.
