These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) administrated by The Silver Rewards (“Loyalty Program”), and members of the program will earn points in relation to a qualifying online purchase and online activities.

  1. MEMBERSHIP AND PARTICIPATION

The Loyalty program is a free Membership. You must open an account in order to accumulate a point. The Silver Rewards is available to all individuals with a valid residential address.  If you are under the age of 18 years, you must have parental/guardian approval to opt into the Program. To participate in The Silver Rewards, you must accept the listed terms and conditions. All rewards and monetary discounts are in AUD.

  1. EARNING POINTS

Members of The Silver Rewards are eligible to earn points once a purchase has been processed at www.thesilvercollective.com or one of The Silver Collective boutique stores.  You must be logged into your account in order to earn points, these points will then be automatically applied to The Silver Rewards account after a purchase has been processed. It is the customers responsibility to notify boutique staff when making a purchase in-store to add points to their The Silver Rewards membership profile.

  • Members will earn 1 point for every $1 dollar spent; this excludes shipping.
  • Gift Card purchases are not eligible to receive points.
  • Points are rounded down to the nearest whole number.
  • At times, The Silver Rewards will run bonus point promotions. Members can earn additional or "bonus points" in connection with their purchase of certain online products during a specified timeframe. This timeframe will be outlined in the terms and condition of the bonus point promotion.
  • Bonus point offers cannot be combined with any other offer.
  • Points earned for a purchase that is then the subject of a return, cancellation, declined credit card or gift card will be deducted from your account in an amount equal to the points earned for the original transaction. Points will not be reapplied back to your rewards account for any reason on a returned order.

Points Expiry
From the 30th of June 2021, The Silver Rewards members points will expire 1 year (365 days) from redemption. After this date, all unredeemed points will expire on a rolling basis for customers who have not engaged in points activity for 1 year (365 days) or more.

Any transactions that fall outside of The Silver Rewards commencement date will not be included in a customer’s reward program profile.

  1. VIP Tiers

As part of The Silver Rewards program the accumulation of points will place an individual in a specific tier:

  • Rose Gold: 0-800 points
  • Gold: 801-1500 points
  • Silver: 1501+ points

Each tier has specific perks and exclusive rewards which are outlined on The Silver Rewards Explainer Page. Each reward and exclusive perk are subject to their own terms and condition which are outlined in section 4.

A member’s VIP tier is based on their activity starting from the date of the account creation. A member has one calendar year to achieve a VIP tier. A member qualifies for the VIP tier for the remainder of the calendar year (January 1 to December 31) and the following full calendar year.

  1. Rewards

Any rewards, gifts, benefits or offers communicated as part of The Silver Rewards Loyalty Program may include specific offer terms and conditions, including expiry dates and redemption conditions. You should read these Terms and Conditions carefully. All offers, gifts, benefits or rewards are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or equivalent.  

Entry Rewards

  • An individual in the Rose Gold tier will receive an entry reward of a $10AUD voucher, which is valid for 6 months after being issued.  The $10 voucher will apply to all orders over $50.00. The $10AUD voucher code will apply to full priced items only. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code or promotional offer. Excludes Sale Items, Jewellery Accessories, Limited Edition, Gift Cards, Pre-Order, Earring Accessories and Extensions.
  • An individual in the Gold tier will receive an entry reward of a $20 voucher, which is valid for 6 months after being issued. The $20 voucher will apply to all orders over $50.00. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code or promotional offer.   • Spend 200 points, get $20 discount off $79 minimum
    Members are required to spend a minimum of 200 points to redeem the $20AUD discount. Members must be signed into their The Silver Rewards account at the time of purchase to earn the $20AUD discount.  The $20AUD discount is eligible to be used on orders over $79AUD. It is the customers responsibility to notify boutique staff when making a purchase in-store to add points to their The Silver Rewards membership profile. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer. Offer not applicable to previous or existing orders. Offer cannot be applied to future transactions. Follow us on Instagram for 30 points
Members of The Silver Rewards are eligible to earn 30 points once following @thesilvercollective account on Instagram. The 30 bonus points will automatically be added to The Silver Rewards account when a member follows @thesilvercollective on Instagram.

Birthday Rewards

  • An individual in the Rose Gold tier will receive a $15 voucher, which is valid till the last day of the issuing month. The $15 voucher will apply to all orders over $50.00. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code or promotional offer.
  • An individual in the Gold tier will receive a $20 voucher, which is valid till the last day of the issuing month. The $20 voucher will apply to all orders over $50.00. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code or promotional offer.
  • An individual in the Silver tier will receive a $50 voucher, which is valid for 1 month after being issued. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code or promotional offer.

The Birthday voucher will be sent to each member of The Silver Rewards on the first date of each month. The Birthday Reward is only valid to those who have Input their birthdate on The Silver Rewards.

Mystery Gifts
Gold and Silver members who are a part of The Silver Rewards program are eligible to receive a mystery gift.

  • Gold members are eligible to receive one mystery gift a year and must be within the tier during the timeframe by which the gift is redeemable. Gold members will be notified when the promotion is active. The free Mystery gift is not redeemable outside of the specified timeframe. This gift cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
  • Silver members are eligible to receive one mystery gift a year and must be within the tier during the timeframe by which the gift is redeemable. Silver members will be notified when the promotion is active. The free Mystery gift is not redeemable outside of the specified timeframe. This gift cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Secret Sales
Secret sales are only available to silver and gold tier members who are a part of The Silver Rewards. Each secret sale promotion will have its own set of terms and conditions.

Silver Member Only Offers

  • Pair of Free Silver Earrings
    Silver members are eligible to receive a free pair of Silver Earrings once a year and must be within the tier during the timeframe by which the gift is redeemable. Once the free earring code has been redeemed its will be valid for 6 months. The free Silver Earrings must be added to cart. The provided discount code must be applied at checkout to redeem the Silver Earrings for free. The free Silver Earrings will then appear on order confirmation email. This offers discount code can be found in The Silver Rewards launcher panel. Orders not including the free Silver Earrings on the order confirmation email are not eligible to receive the free Silver Earrings as it was not added to their cart. Free Silver Earrings cannot be applied to previous or existing orders. Free Silver Earrings cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. The Free Silver Earrings cannot be exchanged and is not refundable.
  • Free Gift-Wrapping
    Silver members are eligible to receive free Gift Wrapping once a year and must be within the tier during the timeframe by which the gift is redeemable Once the free gift-wrapping code has been redeemed its will be valid for 6 months. Free Gift Wrapping must be added to cart. The provided discount code must be applied at checkout to redeem the Gift Wrapping for free. Free Gift Wrapping will then appear on order confirmation email. Referrals Rewards
Referrals Process

  1. A TSR member sends a friend their referral URL
  2. The friend clicks the link and inputs their email address into Smile
  3. Once the friend inputs their email, they'll receive the "Friend" reward from the referral program in an email as a coupon code and it will also appear in the Smile panel as well.
  4. After the friend has made a purchase, your current loyalty member will receive their reward.
  • TSR Member Voucher (Referrer)
    Members of The Silver Rewards are eligible to receive a gift voucher valued at $20AUD for referring a friend. Once the referred friend has made a purchase the voucher will appear in the TSR rewards panel. Members must be signed into their accounts to receive the gift voucher code. The $20AUD voucher is valid to redeem on orders over $100AUD. The provided discount code must be applied at checkout to redeem the $20AUD off the order. Each voucher has an expiry of 30 days from date of receipt. The referrer will not be eligible to receive the referral gift under this scheme if the referred person(s) is already made a purchase at The Silver Collective online store and boutiques.
  • Referral Voucher to Friend (Referred Customer)
    Friends of members who have been referred will receive a $10AUD gift voucher to spend on their first order. The $10AUD voucher is valid to redeem on orders over $100AUD. The provided discount code must be applied at checkout to redeem the $10 AUD off the order. Each voucher has an expiry of 6 months form date of receipt. Excludes Sale Items, Jewellery Accessories, Limited Edition, Gift Cards, Pre-Order, Earring Accessories and Extensions.

The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address). The Referred Customer must be a new customer who has never purchased from The Silver Collective before. We automatically disqualify suspicious referrals.

  1. GENERAL

The Silver Collective expressly reserves the right to change The Silver Rewards program components at any time. These components include but are not limited to; qualifying points for the VIP tiers, expiry dates or the way in which rewards, gifts, benefits or offers are earned and redeemed.  Any changes can be made without advance notice. Points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The interpretation and application of the program's Terms and Conditions are at the sole discretion of The Silver Collective.
