DELIVERY TIME

Your Parcel will leave our Warehouse within 24 hours of you placing your order, excluding weekends or public holidays. Orders received before 12pm AEST on a business day are shipped the same day, if your order is placed after this time it will be dispatched the next day. Please allow for an extra day during promotional sale periods.

 

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS

Free express shipping on all orders Australia wide. Orders placed within Australia will receive their delivery in 1-2 business days. Rural areas may take 3-5 business days to receive their delivery.

All parcels are delivered using Express Post Australia.

Orders under $20.00 will not be sent via a trackable delivery method and may take up to 5 business days to be delivered. 

Orders that are Returned To Sender by no fault of THE SILVER COLLECTIVE will be issued a refund of the purchase price minus a $10 postage fee. This includes all unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect address, failure to collect parcel from LPO or the shipping address left unattended.  

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

By selecting “Authority to Leave or Safe Drop” you hereby authorise to arrange for your parcel to be delivered to and left at your nominated shipping address without requiring you to sign for the delivery. Please note requesting for your parcel to be left in a specific spot upon delivery is a merely a request and not a guarantee if the post man feels it is not safe or shielded by the weather conditions. THE SILVER COLLECTIVE will not replace or refund items which you do not receive if delivered without a signature.

Any parcels not delivered or collected from the post office will be returned to sender by Australia Post. Redelivery fee is to be paid by customer.

 

NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS

New Zealand orders over $150 will receive free express shipping. A flat rate of $15 shipping to New Zealand is required for orders under $150.  Cost of shipping is to be paid by customer. Estimated time of delivery is between 1-3 business days in metropolitan areas. All orders are sent using Australia Post International Express. Tracking information provided. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

What If My Order Is Returned To Sender?

Custom Charges

Customers can be charged for buying & importing product into their country. THE SILVER COLLECTIVE does not take responsibility for any customs or import fees that may occur once the parcel reaches its destination country, the recipient must cover these charges. Please note THE SILVER COLLECTIVE does not collect or handle any tax charges or fees. If you have any queries regarding tax you may have been charged, please contact Australia Post & your local customs office.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you how much these would be, as these fees vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering online, so you are not surprised by any unexpected charges.

What If I Refuse The Custom Charges?

If a customer refuses to pay custom charges and received free shipping on their order (order value over $150) a refund of the purchase price will be issued minus a $30 delivery fee once the parcel is received back to our warehouse.

If an order is Returned To Sender and shipping was originally paid for, a refund of the purchase price will be issued minus the shipping cost. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
