Australia Domestic Shipping
All Australian orders over $20 will receive FREE shipping. Orders under $20 will be charged a $10 shipping fee at checkout. All parcels are delivered using Express Post Australia.
Orders placed within Australia will receive their delivery in 1-2 business days. Rural areas may take 3-5 business days to receive their delivery. All orders are defaulted to deliver with Authority to Leave at a Safe Place. THE SILVER COLLECTIVE will not replace or refund items which you do not receive if delivered with a proof of delivery, generally a signature or photo proof by AusPost. Orders that are Returned To Sender by no fault of THE SILVER COLLECTIVE will be issued a refund upon receiving. If your order incurred a postage fee of $10, this will not be refundable. If you would like your order redelivered, this will incur an additional $10 postage fee. This can be arranged with our Silver Support team at online@thesilvercollective.com

THE SILVER COLLECTIVE is not responsible for incorrect delivery details entered by the customer. All unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect address, failure to collect parcel from LPO or the shipping address left unattended that has been returned to sender, will be issued a refund upon arrival at warehouse.
New Zealand Shipping
All New Zealand orders over $100 will receive FREE express shipping. Orders under $100 will be charged a $12AUD shipping fee in your local currency at checkout. Shipping fee is non-refundable. All orders to New Zealand are sent using DHL Express. Dispatch confirmation email will contain tracking details.
Orders delivered to New Zealand will receive their delivery in 1-3 business days in metropolitan areas. Delivery times are based on shipping with the assumption of no delays. THE SILVER COLLECTIVE has no control over delays caused by customs clearance, delivery disruptions due to COVID-19 and heavy rain and floods.

Orders that are Returned To Sender by no fault of THE SILVER COLLECTIVE will be issued a refund of the purchase price deducting the postage fee paid. This includes all unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect address, failure to collect parcel from LPO or the shipping address left unattended.

All International orders over $100 will receive FREE express shipping. Orders under $100 will be charged a $15AUD shipping fee in your local currency at checkout. Shipping fee is non-refundable. All international orders are sent using DHL Express. All orders arrive with tracking detail emailed upon dispatch.

International Custom Charges
Customers can be charged for buying and importing product into their country. THE SILVER COLLECTIVE does not take responsibility for any customs or import fees that may occur once the parcel reaches its destination country, the recipient must cover these charges. Please note THE SILVER COLLECTIVE does not collect or handle any tax charges or fees. If you have any queries regarding tax you may have been charged, please contact DHL or your local customs office.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you how much these would be, as these fees vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering online, so you are not surprised by any unexpected charges.
If a customer refuses to pay custom charges or left parcel unclaimed, DHL will attempt redelivery. If DHL and/or team is unable to arrange a re-delivery by DHL's cut off time, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. There will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused. If the order was able to be Returned To Sender, a refund of the purchase price will be issued deducting the shipping cost. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Excluded Addresses
THE SILVER COLLECTIVE does not ship to Mexico and Russia. DHL does not ship to PO Boxes and any US Military APO or FPO addresses.
