My Click and Collect Order

When will my order be ready to pick up?
 
 

Please allow up to 4 hours for us to prepare your Click and Collect order. Once you receive an email notification, you may visit the Click and Collect location to pick up order during trading hours.

What do I need to bring with me upon collection?
 
 

Order Confirmation email and photo ID must be presented upon collection. Photo  ID must match the name on the order unless THE SILVER COLLECTIVE has been notified prior.

Can someone else pick up my order?
 
 

If you wish to nominate a different collector to pick up your order, please contact us via online@thesilvercollective.com or call (02) 9550 426.

You will need to provide the full name of the person collecting your order. Please make sure they have a copy of your order confirmation email.

What if I do not collect my order within 3 business days?
 
 

If your order has not been collected after 3 business days, the pick up order will be cancelled and refunded.
